For us competent leadership means to proceed in front with initiative, creativity, information, know how, energy, and courage. Leadership competence is not an assigned right and does not depend on a hierarchical position.

One of our highest virtues is to be courageous and to always communicate candidly, no matter how bad the message or how high the position of the addressee might be. Leaders must be 100% authentic and can not use the timing or the coding of communication to motivate or to secure a power position.
